A GUIDE TO OUR WEB SITE

This web site is logically organized so that you can access just the information you need without having to view numerous pages of extraneous information. It is also arranged so that you can view as little or as much detail and graphical information as you wish.

For prices of Donor Records, Fund Accounting Software Series and Non-Profit Starter Kit, see Pricing Information. To request a printed overview and demonstration CD-ROM, see Overview & Demonstration. For your own free trial of any of our software, see Free Trials.

Most modules have descriptive text followed by a section of major benefits in "bullet" format. Beside numerous bullets are icons for you to display graphical screens and/or reports. Almost all of these screens also contain additional explanatory text. Hence, you can view the highlights (benefits) and select the screens and reports that are of special interest. The reports, of course, let you view example formats from the many pre-programmed alternatives available by menu selection.

For example, click here to display our System Manager sign-on screen.

Click here to display our General Ledger distribution report.
